  4. Napa Valley, California- Indulge yourself in a bit of wine to relax while you watch the magical sunset happen over the wide view of the valley.
  5. Japan- Probably monks are one of the groups of people considered to contain the greatest tranquility within. To find, out, you can live like one in Mount Koya in Japan where several temples are open to the public as lodging places. Not only do they offer a place to stay but it is an opportunity to eat vegetarian cuisine and participate in other activities such as meditations.
  6. Norway- Who has not heard of the Northern Lights? There is a specific time of the year when this would occur and the experience of witnessing this phenomenon coupled with the visit to the North Cape where you could situate yourself at the top of the world, looking down on the vast Arctic Ocean.
