Things To Watch Out For Valentines Romantic Getaway

That time of the year is about to come again and you are planning with your partner to have the most romantic getaway ever. For the uninitiated, the romantic scenes they see at movies may seem the best for them but they have no idea that these scenes were controlled during production and that those that are offered at hotels, resorts, etc. may have something that they do not want to see. This is not to say that the hotels and resorts have not dutifully regulated cleanliness and orderliness as required by law but there are instances that are normal for the staff yet already heartbreaking for you that may end your date in utter failure. Read on to find out.

  • Spa massages - isn't this great? You and your partner are able to spend a good massage treat with the most skilled masseur to enhance your vitality but at the next hour since you started the session you are trying to ignore the moans, whimpers and gasps your partner makes. If you want to spend a day spa together, you should expect these things to happen and learn to ignore it, if your will allows it.
  • Starry sky night out - while this may not be offered in every resort or hotel that you meet, there are places who give you the most unparalleled romance that you are going to experience. Places where you are able to see the starry night as clear as day, isn't it the best time to spend the night and watch them while you go to sleep? The only thing that will keep your night awake is the mosquitoes that keeps visiting you during dawn and no roof to cover yourselves from the cold air.
  • Complimentary amenities - Some hotels give complimentary plate of petit fours and champagne to their guests. They look wonderful when they first arrive at your room but the ice that holds the champagne will eventually melt and will eventually peel off the label onto the ice-melted water while your plate of petit fours no longer looks very appetizing yet housekeeping insist that they are being considerate of their guests. Call and tell them to take those away since you no longer need them anyway.

Couples may have to double check the complimentary amenities the hotel they are going to stay at and see which ones are really beneficial for them.
