The best beaches in the world

Nothing can beat relaxing under the sun in a beach with scenic views. It helps drive away the stress of daily life. Getting a tan at the beach is also much better than getting one in a salon. A day at the beach can do you wonders too. Here is a list of beaches around the world that are considered to be among the best.

Anse Lazio, Praslin, Seychelles

This beach is considered to be the best in Seychelles and is frequently photographed as well. But if you get to see the place for yourself, there is no doubt that you will agree to it. The beach has sand that is velvety, has swaying palm trees and it has granite boulders on both sides.

Martira Beach, Bora Bora, South Polynesia

The good thing about this beach is that it is the only beach with public beaches. You do not have to pay the price of five-star resorts for you to be able to enjoy this beach that stretches for a mile. It has fine white sand which slopes gently to the lagoon that is as green as an emerald. And it has a great tropical foliage as well.

Waipio Beach Valley, Big Island HI

If you are looking for something a little more adventurous, this beach might be just right for you. This is one of the hardest beaches to reach in Hawaii because you have to drive or hike through narrow and steep roads just to reach it. But don't worry because it is more than worth it! Your effort will be rewarded by a volcanic black sand beach that has cliff walls 2000 feet high. And to add to the already scenic view, you will be able to find waterfalls at the Southern end of the beach.

Lopes Mendes, Ilha Grande, Brazil

You will certainly forget Rio once you set your foot on this 2-mile beach that remains deserted and unspoiled. It offers powder-white sand and has crystal clear waters. There are no restaurants or shacks here which you would normally find in beaches populated with locals and tourists. It takes a while to get here though but then again, it will be worth all your effort.

Fraser Island, Queensland, Australia

Australia is known for having many wonderful beach and Fraser Island is one of them. Fun fact: the whole island is listed in the World Heritage for being the biggest sand island that you will be able to find in this planet. So how's that for starters? It has a great range of colors as well. It has golden sand, bronze-colored cliffs and a wonderful green rainforest with fantastic wildlife. Sounds like paradise, doesn't it?

Reading about all these beaches just make you want to pack up your stuff, book a ticket and go on that vacation at the beach, doesn't it? Do not forget to bring all the beach necessities though like sunblock to prevent yourself from toasting under the fiery sun.
