The Azadi Tower – another popular tower besides the Milad TV Tower, which is situated at the Azadi Square. Also called the “Freedom” Square, this place played a major role during the Islamic Revolution and the number of protests that went against the government back in the year 2009, also known as the Green Revolution. The tower measures 45 meters high and was completed in the year 1971. It is best to try this sometime when you come to Tehran especially for those who loves high buildings like the tower.
The Golestan Palace – this historic landmark is listed as one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites, this palace was erected between the years 1524 and 1576. This was built during the dynasty of Safavid, which was the start of the modern Persia. The palace was partially demolished during the time when the Shah ruled. It may be known as one of interesting view of the palace you can come over and let your kids see the awesome wonder of palace.
