Travelling in the simplest ways does not mean that you have to choose the cheapest accommodation or just walk endlessly without any particular destination. This only means that you do not have to take every failure in your travels personally and learn to have fun with it. A number of guests, especially at hotels always take things onto another level and find trouble with their neighbor because they were being very noisy and inconsiderate of the other guests that are already sleeping. You do not want your travels to be filled with anger, this is why every traveler must learn how to behave like one if things do not go their way.
- Hotels have spas offered to their guests and their masseuse are composed of professionals that have been dealing with customers for many years already but there are times when a guests experiences an aggressive masseuse. If you encounter one, tell them what your preferences are before they dim the lights down. Since the spa or therapy session is always quiet, use your body to give signals to your masseuse such as lifting a finger or hand to tell them to pause for a while. Never leave your choice to chances alone. When you book for a therapist, tell them to pick one for you that has a very light touch or specify the gender that you prefer. Do not be vague with your preferences as well.
- If ever experience riding in a taxi with a reckless driver, you still have to pay the fare you owe. Rather than complain about their driving, you can take their name and the plate number of the car if you wish to report them. There are local authorities that will listen to your complaints on reckless drivers. Never yell at the driver as they are professionals and are very skillful with their driving. You can still ask, in a gentle manner for your driver to drive slower or in manner that you prefer.
In every negative things that happens during your travel, remember to address the situation in a calm manner and never in an aggressive way. You might not only be harming the individual in question but it will leave an impression on the locals and even the ones you are travelling along on your attitude. If you cannot avoid being violent, at least learn a little restraint and let legal authorities handle matters that normal citizens can't.
