Best time or season to travel in Japan

Known to be as the Land of the Rising Sun, Japan is one of the most visited Asian countries by most tourists. The country has four seasons namely winter, spring, summer and fall. The best thing in Japan is that the environment goes with the flow of the seasonal change, thus, making it a remarkable country to visit regardless of the season.

Each season showcases different experience and breath taking sceneries. During winter (December to Mid-march), hot springs, snowboarding and sea foods are some of the best offers you can enjoy while having a vacation. Beautiful beaches and colorful and meaningful festivals are the ones who will welcome you during summer season (June to Mid-September). Luckily, fully bloomed cherry blossoms will make your visit extra special if you visit during spring (Mid-march to May). Last but not the least, nice environmental temperature and foliage are the ones who will greet you during your fall season visit (Mid-September to November). On the other hand, rainy season falls on May to July and typhoon usually are expected during the month of September, but still it depends on the location.

As what you can notice, every season has its own way to surprise and amaze tourists. The beauty of Japan is incomparable and indeed a one of a kind country. However, if you intend to go there to experience any of the four seasons, much better to know which month is best for you to visit. The country is rich not just when it comes to the remarkable seasonal change but also the country is gifted with nature, architecture and rich in culture. Tokyo, being the capital and busiest part of the country also are famous for girls and boys who are in anime costume or also known as cosplay. Speaking of anime, Japanese are also known to be producing different cartoon characters and anime that became famous all around the world. The people really live their culture and are not afraid to show unto others how unique they are. Aside from these, Japan is also known to be one of the top countries in terms of technology and robotics. Though it is just a small country, technological advancement made them to be known all around the world as one of the manufacturers of durable and reliable products.

Japanese cuisine also plays an integral part in contributing popularity among its delicious dish such as Sushi, ramen and other Japanese foods.  If you are planning to visit Japan but having a tight budget, better check on their National Holidays and avoid it. Rates and prices usually skyrocketed during these days. Golden week and Obon are the most expensive days to travel which occurs during the month of first week of May and last week of April and early mid-august, respectively. Fluctuations of fare in both train and airfares do vary and are not predictable. Furthermore, the best time to visit Japan depends upon the season you prefer. Just be guided by the month of your travel so that you can luckily experience the season you wanted.
