United States of America is the most controversial place on earth. This is the most difficult place to enter since they are very strict in their requirements. That is because of all the terrorist that may enter in their place. Many foreigners would want to renter USA but failed to do so, some would migrate and some would work for years and let their families wait until they reach years in serving the foreign country. - Canadians, and Bermudians – UK passport is not needed, unless you have criminal record, then you cannot enter the area.
- Visa Waiver Program – entry is for 6 months only

- You cannot apply status change from visit to another area
- Denial in Us cannot be appealed and will taken out of US territory on first flight
- A first time refusal can make foreign people forever not eligible to use Visa Waiver Program

A visa application is non refunded and limited under circumstances. There is an additional fee whatever nationality you come from. Reciprocity fee is what term that is used by US to compare the fees issued by other countries. The Immigration Nationality Act calls all people to be immigrants until they show binding ties in their home country. Visa Application is refused by the US if the applicant does not show any interest in going back to his own country.
